What Is A Leads Generator?
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
A Leads Generator is responsible for generating interest to our potential customers in our health care programs, primarily the prescription plan. There are No Sales made in this department, only generating Qualified Leads. The calls are considered Cold Calls, but only for a short time. Lead Generators have the option of advancing to the Sales or Recruiting Departments of the company within the first month of hire.
JOB ADVANCEMENT
After generating 10 Leads for 3 weeks and maintaining the average, you can become a Sales Representative. You will be paid $20 per/sale. The average Sales Representative earns $20 per hour and makes 10 sales per week part-time. For more information on Job Advancement with NHCD, call your Local Recruiter. However, Lead Generators are provided with computer generated database lists when calling.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
1. Candidates must have access to a Computer, Internet Access and a Printer. If you do not have a printer saving your information to a file can be substituted until your able to print.
2. Candidates should have a direct dial telephone line. This policy includes no cellularphones or telephones that require dialing "9", "0" or "8" for a dial tone.
3. Must be able to pay for the $69.00 Strictly Refundable Telephone Long Distance Deposit. The deposit is return after the employee has worked 5 weeks and completed 500 Presentations.
A Presentation is not a Lead. A presentation basically consists of contacting a prospective customer and speaking with them. There are only a few questions that you are required to ask them in order to have a Qualified Lead. Getting a Lead is not difficult and is truly achievable. NHCD has Leads Generators who get 15-20 Leads per day. To earn our Base Pay of $80 per/week, NHCD only requires 20 Leads per/day. Each additional Lead is $1 and the option of moving up into the Sales Department or earning a commission on the actual sale. We know this pay is not much, but it's a great start to something good"! Our employees are able to advance within the first month of hire.
What Is a Qualified Lead?
Remember! Getting a Qualified Lead is Simple! Especially today, considering our country's economic status and the health care crisis. Too many people are paying too much for health care! Our customers are not only Senior Citizens. Anyone who has the following criteria qualifies as lead:
1. The prospective customer must not have insurance with a co-pay. We would like customers who are paying direct costs for their medications.
2. Our customers can have Medicare. Sometimes Medicare does not pay for all types of medications. NHCD does not discriminate cost or association on any drugs. We offer a discount on every medication available. That's why we have over 75 Million Members Nationwide.
3. We want prospective customers who have either a checking account, credit card or debit card. Once our Sales Department contacts the prospective customer, we want sell our lost-cost health care programs. Please understand that the cost of the Prescription Plan is Only $94 per/year and the Dental Plan is Only $99 per/year. With these low costs our members are able to save up to 80% off the customary prices. In addition, we are considered to have one the best Pharmacy Referral Discount programs in the world. Our members save more with NHCD than any other program like ours. The People's Prescription Plan cost 7.95 per/month and lesser discount amount than ours. Their plan costs more than ours. There are many different discount cards out there such as Walgreen's, Publix and CVS who only provide a discount from 5%-10%. We have a much better plan, our members can save at least 30% off the customary prices and they can go to almost any Large Pharmacy retail outlet in America, such as Targets, Walgreens, K-Marts, Wal-Mart and many more.
4. The prospective customer can have a discount card from any of our competitors.
5. We want customers who would like to receive a call back from one of our Sales Representatives. We do not want to bother or inconvenience our prospective customers with an unwanted telephone call.
6. Generally, we ask that our Lead Generators ask our prospective customers, "If they spend more than $30 per/month for their medications?". Our programs are most beneficial to people who are spending more than necessary to maintain their good health.
LEAD GENERATORS TRAINING AND HIRING TIMEFRAME
NHCD has a very thorough training program. Most of our training is done by Conference Calling. We utilize the internet 50% of time, that's why this job requires use of a computer, internet and printer. It's up to the Lead Generators to determine how closely they want to work with their Manager.
Hiring Time-Frame:
1st Week: NHCD hires prospective candidate for Leads Generator postion > Within 48 hours hired Lead Generator receives a warm welcome from our Welcome Center > The Lead Generator speaks to assigned Manager and begins a Basic Training Program (will download training packet and other materials from internet emails, web and telephone conferencing, etc.) > The Lead Generator Begins Work. Lead Generators earn only $1.00 per/lead the first week of work and should give at least 500 presentations each week.
2nd Week:Lead Generators earn a minimum of $80 per/week with only 20 qualified leads and $1 for each additional lead with the option of earning $10 per/sale > Lead Generators should make at least 500 presentations per/week.
3rd Week:If a Lead Generator wants to promote to another position within the company they can. We have Sales Positions available in which the Lead Generator would be calling leads. A NHCD Sales Representative earns approximately $20 per/enrollment and sells at least one sale per/hour, which calculates to approximately $400 for every 20 hours worked. The advancement opportunities are wonderful. This job depends upon the individual and their individual motivation.
4th Week:Lead Generators continue to earn their base pay of $80 per/week and $1 for each additional lead. If the Lead Generator promotes to another position, they will work on a different timeframe which would be consulted with their Manager.
5th Week:At the end of the week, the NHCD employee will apply for their totally refundable Var-Tek Communications Deposit of $69 online. They should receive their deposit within one week after application.
